I think it might be related, though it probably won't be on 7334
where the problem begins for you. I think 7334 just made people who
aren't in the UK much more vulnerable to some ffmpeg problem with
detecting aspect ratio changes.

Can you test if the problem appears for you in changeset 7238?
Or 7146, or 7412, if not in that one.
