[mythtv] Re: Ticket #374: Recording thumbnail generation fails

I have just come across one of these 136 byte .png thumbnails, but I'm
not sure I have the same problem because:

a) I'm using svn revision 7192
b) I'm not using commercial flagging
c) The point 4 minutes into the program (where the Thumb is generated)
is a completely blank black screen - as is the png.
d) The png file appears to have valid headers within it, and opens
okay in gimp, etc.

(all other thumbnails have generated okay).

Anyway I've uploaded the offending png
[http://www.salts.plus.com/blank.png], is it possible that it is
actually a valid PNG, or is there another problem with thumbnail
generation?

I'm assuming there is a good reason why the macro "READ_TEST_SIZE" is
set to the number 204, i.e. this is larger than the usual minimum file
size?
