[mythtv] Mythcommflag not working on HD recordings in r7401

This doesn't indicate your problem. It's due to the comm
detector not telling the NVP it is done "displaying" each
frame. I've just fixed this in SVN. But those warnings were
coming from the code that allows the decoder to continue
despite the improper use of the NVP.
