[mythtv] getting blocked recordings whenever two shows are in a row with latest svn

I saw this last night for the first time, at least I think it was the first 
time but I've been so busy I wouldn't have noticed it missing other 
schedules. For that reason I thought the problem was introduced in the last 3 
days.

It even affects LiveTV directly after a recording, as though it isn't freeing 
up the card quickly enough.

It's prompted me to think about a range of scheduling improvements - not least 
that it should keep retrying a recording even after the start time. If it 
fails for whatever reason to record one programme (channel off-air) then it 
should re-adjust and record previously conflicting programmes instead.
