[mythtv] Mythcommflag not working on HD recordings in r7401

This started before r7401, probably around a week ago, but I am not exactly
sure. I just noticed recently that there where zero commercial breaks in all
my firewire and QAM pcHDTV 3k recordings, but my pvr250 recordings where
fine on another backend. Not that it matters which backend tries to flag the
files, both give the following log repeated ad nauseum. The mailing lists
archive only seemed to reference this problem with regard to recording
profiles, but I haven't touched those for my HD backend, since I didn't
think they applied to either firewire or the pcHDTV.
