[mythtv] Feature request: live tv "Browse" Mode via seperate key

Turn off "Always use Browse mode when changing channels in LiveTV" on the
"Setup -> TV Settings -> Playback -> On-screen Display" settings page and
then use the "O" key to activate browse mode in LiveTV.  This way you only
have to map 1 new key on your remote rather than 2.
