[mythtv] MythWeb SVN is broken on case-insensitive operating systems!

Yes, that's right.  There have been two tickets entered about it.  I 
know it's an issue; don't add any more; don't bug me to fix it.

It will continue to be an issue until I'm done converting to a new theme 
format.  I *will* fix it eventually, but for now it will remain how it 
is so I can continue working on this upgrade..
