That's part of #332 ( http://svn.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/332 ) (both 
wording and spacing are identical :).  There's also another reference to 
the php_sessions directory in the chgrp/chmod commands and the patch 
instructions say to send an e-mail to the list.  The patch on #332  
fixes the php_sessions reference and changes the instructions to refer 
to SVN/Trac.

I updated the patch to no longer attempt the change you just committed 
in r7673.  If you prefer the e-mail to the list for patches, you can 
easily delete the SVN instructions from the patch (or just manually 
change the php_sessions stuff).

Obviously very low-priority changes here, though, so I'm not trying to 
rush you.  Just thought I would mention it while you're making changes 
in the general area.  :)
