[mythtv] Caution with new CVS code and disk space

I updated to the latest CVS today and walked away for a few hours.  The
free space watcher to auto delete files when below that has been
re-written and the
new default setting for keeping free space availible is set to 0.  My
disk quickly filled up and mythbackend wouldn't clear disk space because
it wasn't below 0...  So if you update CVS, make sure you change the new
setting for space to keep availible for other non-myth apps/file server.
