[mythtv] [PATCH] Experimental Analog scan

Please find attached a set of patches and files to allow you to scan
analog channels.
I've tested it with my bttv card and also my pvr-350 and both seem to work fine.
This is still an experimental patch and there may be a few gotchas in there. 

TODO
I've still to incorporate station name grabbing.
Remove spurious debug
Test :)
