	There may be merit in terms of disabling "primitive"
audio in a compiled binary, but I sort of agree - from the
client point of view we can just select a different audio
output method in the settings.


	The problem I created is interesting, in that the audio
ioctls in NVR and mainserver.cpp only have single implementations,
but all the other audio stuff has OSS, ALSA, JACK, et c.

	I wonder if those other APIs have different/better stuff
that could be used in AudioInit(), doAudioThread() and the
remote ringbuffer plumbing?
