[mythtv] [PATCH] MacOS X crash fixed, part 2

A follow-up to a patch I submitted on 4.27.2005.   There was another  
piece of code in DisplayResOSX that was disposing of data that it  
shouldn't, causing MythFrontend to crash on startup
