[mythtv] [PATCH] Allow user to enter ALSA:default as mixer

This is just a simple patch which allows the user to enter the  
"ALSA:" prefix to the mixer setting. Entering "ALSA:default" for the  
sound device and just "default" for the mixer is very counter  
intuitive. This should cut down dramatically on the number of  
questions from new users.
