[mythtv] [PATCH] Recognize DC-II video streams

In carrying the local ATSC broadcast stations, my cable company (Comcast
in Woburn, Massachusetts) seems to mark all their video streams with the
DigiCipher-II rather than the MPEG-2 stream type. The streams remain
unencrypted; there is no CA descriptor for those programs. Nevertheless,
I could not view them because the SI parser concluded the program
contained no video stream. I use an HD-3000 in QAM mode with the DVB
drivers.

I made the simplest possible change, which was to add DC-II (0x80) as a
known type of video stream. It appears to work in that I can view live
TV and record and play back programs, but I haven't extensively tested it.
