That may be due to a bug with some versions of Qt when saving
the value. Could you try setting the vertical percentage described
below to -20, playback then change to to +20 and playback? What
if anything are the difference between the images you see?

Both.

nVidia 6629 on "GeForce2 MX/MX 400" to a monitor, "GeForce FX 5200"
and "GeForce4 MX 420" to TV output. The problem did not exist on
any of these systems before 4/22 and can now be reproduced on each
of them full screen or in a window.
