[mythtv] XvMC merge patch slow

Found it. Turns out I needed extra audio buffering enabled. Strange that I 
need it now, and didn't need it for .18 XvMC. Oh well, now all my HD is 
running smooth with 30% CPU usage. Thanks for all the hard work, this is 
great!
