[mythtv] Remote Card not recognized as remote?

Ok, more information... it is not mythweb's fault.\

http://hostname:6544 is reporting the erroneous information....  It is
still getting the correct info from the database, at least some of
them, since it is trying to record an HD program on encoder 3...
