[mythtv] New configure script oddities

Ok, I've merged my changes with what you checked in to cvs.

The attached patch:

- fixes a bug introduced in the last checking (double $$ for --extra-cflags)

- adds --extra-cxxflags (for those of use who like to throw a few C++
specific flags in there and hate the "not a valid C option" output)

- docs --disable-opts

- detects valid gcc archs (like pentium4) and expands the mmx checking to
them as well when forcing an arch

- changes settings.pro to be CFLAGS based (and add the new flags where
appropriate)
