[mythtv] 'stable' tag proposal

What Brad has said here I have learned comes across all walks of life.
 I mean think when you first get a new job - would you ever say to
your supervisor 'ya know - i dont think we should keep doing this like
this - lets just swtich over to everything i say'.  You can guarantee
you wouldn't gain acceptance nor keep that job for very long.
