It's not like that. A/V sync is already immediately off from the start of a 
show but not always the same amount.
I've now switched to my onboard soundcard which works very well.
I've also tried some other soundcards by now and also they work fine. It seems 
an issue with the dxr3 spdif in particular, perhaps related to the driver. 
When I have more time at hand I'll try reverting back to an older dxr3 driver 
and see if the problem is still there.
