The scan needs to add both QAM64 and QAM256 channels to the same frequency set,
and some logic to not try a QAM256 channel with the same frequency if a QAM64
lock was obtained on the same frequency.. You can have both on the same cable
system.. This implimentation although not wrong would require 2 scans to get
everything available..

Plus the Cable scan is still in its infancy and needs some other work..  I will
get off my butt and make some patches to fix some of this stuff after this
weekend most likely.
