[mythtv] [PATCH] Update: Teletext-sub-millisec-v2.diff

Well... I just saw that the previous code was not safe in the case of 
floatingpoint video_frame_rate values (like, say 29.970). The attached patch 
supersedes the previous versions and should not only compile but also work! 
Amazing isn't it?

When there's time, please commit. I will have it up on my homepage shortly (it 
is in danish however).
