[mythtv] HD video seeking problem between 32bit backend and 64bit frontend and vica versa

I have a dual AthlonMP 32-bit backend and a Athlon64 front end and I do
not regularly see this problem.  When I do see it, it happens because
something has corrupted the mythconverg.recordedmarkup table.  See:

I Googled around for it but I couldn't come up with a better take on
solving the problem, even thouhg I know I've seen one before.  Perhaps
someone else will chime in.
