[mythtv] Problems compiling on Debian?

Is anyone else seeing this? I have a fresh checkout of mythtv, and have
done 'apt-get build-dep mythtv'. I've been building MythTV for a couple
years w/o hassle, but now I get:

g++-3.4 -c -pipe -mcpu=i686 -mtune=pentium4 -Wall -W -O3 -Wall
-Wno-switch -fomit-frame-pointer `freetype-config --cflags` -D_REENTRANT
-DPIC -fPIC -DMMX -Di386 -DHAVE_DVDNAV -D_GNU_SOURCE
-D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64 -DPREFIX=\"/usr\" -DUSING_XVMC -DUSING_XV
-DUSING_IVTV -DUSING_DVB -DUSING_OPENGL_VSYNC -DUSING_OSS -DQT_NO_DEBUG
-DQT_THREAD_SUPPORT -DQT_SHARED -I/usr/share/qt3/mkspecs/default -I.
-I/usr/include -I/usr/include -I../.. -I../libmyth -I.. -Idvbdev -Impeg
-I../libavcodec -I../libmythmpeg2 -I/usr/include/qt3
-I/usr/X11R6/include -I/usr/X11R6/include -o dvbconfparser.o
dvbconfparser.cpp

make[2]: Leaving directory

make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/doug/Documents-local/mythtv-cvs/mythtv'
In file included from dvbconfparser.cpp:32:
/usr/include/qt3/qt.h:261:21: qvfbhdr.h: No such file or directory
make[3]: *** [dvbconfparser.o] Error 1
make[2]: *** [sub-libmythtv] Error 2
make[1]: *** [sub-libs] Error 2

According to packages.debian.org, there's no qvfbhdr.h anywhere in
Debian, though according to Google it used to exist in libqte-mt3-dev
(which no longer exists). Is this (a) me being dumb, (b) a problem with
the Debian Qt packages, (c) some artifact of using g++ 3.4, (d)
something wrong with dvbconfparser.cpp (the only Myth source file I
could find that includes qt.h), (e) something else?

Thanks for any insight.
