[mythtv] Where is FF handled for ivtv decoder?

x3 and other fast forward speeds including timestretch is handled in
NuppelVideoPlayer
DoFastForward function is only for jumping.
from a quick look at the code, ivtv seems to be rate locked to the video
card and thus you cant play it back faster than realtime.
press pause for a while watching live and then see if it works.
otherwise record something and then watch the recording whilst its still
recording.
it should work under those conditions.
