[mythtv] [PATCH] Myth recommendation system

apply the recommendation patch. It has instructions on how to remove it too. I 
haven't made any changes for a couple of days and instead let the wife try and 
break it (she usually can).

For now you can make recommendations using mythweb and export them using 
"mythfilldatabase --export-recommendations file.xml" and read other's in with 
"mythfilldatabase --file 1 -1 file.xml".

If you are in the UK or in the US there is a grabber you can get the website 
recommendations from as well as my own recommendations in:
http://brej.org/mythtv/recommendations/patch1/

It would be great if a couple people could try it out and see if it is a 
practice system or not. Maybe even make your recommendations downloadable by others.
