Im pretty sure it does, though I dont use it much. only sets the offset on
open of the stream.
the only thing it wouldnt handle is continuous operation > 26.5 hours. but
thats the case for recordings too. dont know how to resolve this but
practically it shouldnt be a problem.

Ive deleted them all unfortunately. Ill keep my eye out for future
recordings but these are recordings not live tv of course.
