[mythtv] What's wrong with this MPEG stream?

Background:
I'm using an HD-3000 card to receive digital TV from Comcast.  Besides the
HDTV streams, the entire set of non-premium channels is also available in
digital format.

Problem:
While some of these "standard cable" channels come in okay, others cause a
lot of problems to MythTV (as well as mplayer, xine, and vlc).  I'm hoping
someone who knows their way around MPEG can take a look at these 5MB
sample NUV files.

"Good" channel:
