This was hardly helpful :I I might take a look at the code, but I'm
quite sure I cannot find anything as the call stack does not use code
in the patch at all. Are you 100% sure this
is caused by the sub patch? 

It might be a douple deallocation bug. Can you try running it with Valgrind?
