Try filling it to something.. I don't know that this will help..

If the dish isn't moving this might be part of it.. There should be a DiSEqC
message somewhere in the logs.. I will hook my dish up tonight and see if I can
get it to move, and see if there is something missing.. I had it working OK when
I sent the patch to Isaac, but its possible it got messed up in the manual merge
Isaac had to do..

Sounds like something is messed up with the DiSEqC code..
