[mythtv] CVS Gentoo ebuild

The ebuild is not broken, if the latest one was downloaded from
bugs.gentoo.org.  However, within the past few(?) days, it did need one
change.  Put "emake -C libs/libmythmpeg2 || die" before the line "emake
-C libs/libmythtv || die" in the ebuild.  That should fix the problem.
There still is that other problem lingering causing the compile to fail
that isn't related to the ebuild, though.
