[mythtv] [patch] undo 12/24 Play extra dialog

The 12/24 patch to playbackbox.cpp made it so that if a bookmark was set the
default play item on the action dialog created another dialog asking if you
wanted to play from the beginning or from the bookmark.

I understand that the intent was to make the menu more manageable but for
those of us now accustomed to using the arrows for navigation (and
selection) it means an extra right arrow, down arrow, right arrow.

The attached patch simply adds a new button to the primary action dialog to
allow one to play from the beginning (if a bookmark is set).

It doesn't remove showPlayFromPopup, however it does reorder the choices (so
if the first part of this patch isn't accepted maybe it will only be an
extra right arrow, right arrow).
