[mythtv] [PATCH] HDTV ringbuffer -- relocation from DTV

When I added the device ringbuffer to the DTVRecorder code, I assumed 
that it would be beneficial (eventually) to the DVB folks.  It seems 
that was a very bad assumption.

The attached patch moves the ringbuffer code out of the DTVRecorder base 
class, into the HDTVRecorder class.  This is against the 02Jan05 CVS.
