	0.17 shouldn't even have those tables
(unless you have upgraded from an earlier version,
  in which case they should contain your pre-upgrade
   tuning settings)

	I think you have to define a channel source
(which provides a provider of scheduling information),
then run the scan function to add channels, then to
run mythfilldatabase to download scheduling data for
all channels and match them to your local channels.
