[mythtv] [PATCH] Missing keyframes on mpeg4 transcode

Yes, I could still seek on the files because of the keyframes in the
database (only after I rebuilt the file using mythcommflag), but I was
able to repair my broken files with this patch by transcoding them
again, but be warned, all the file's videos that I've repaired still
break up on seeking, newer files don't have this problem though.
