[mythtv] [PATCH] Missing keyframes on mpeg4 transcode

 	So, am I correct in saying that MythTV can play/seek the 
transcoded file because it's got keyframes in the database?  Since mplayer 
announces, "duplicate frames," do you suppose it's possible to repair the 
broken transcoded file?
