[mythtv] incorrect resolutions listed for DVB for Recording Profiles

I have (2) PVR-250's and a Air2PC in my primary backend. When I go to
recording profiles, and choose the DVB card, the max X / Y it will let
me choose is 720 x 480.

Before I upgraded my primary backend, I did a clean install with the
DVB card in a machine, and that installation would let me choose up to
1920 x 1080 for the DVB settings.

Recordings ARE taking place at the broadcast resolution, either
1920x1080, or 1280x720, so I realize this may be a moot point, since
I'm not even sure the DVB card WILL capture at anything other than the
broadcasted resolution.

Somehow in the in-place-upgrade from 0.16 to 0.17, it's at least
cosmeticallly incorrect.
