[mythtv] [PATCH][NUVEXPORT]

Since it looks like Chris got his NUVEXPORT patches done, I thought I
should re-submit this:

NUVEXPORT attempts to use the parameter '-f dvd' when creating a DVD
using ffmpeg.

>From what I can tell, the correct parameter is '-target dvd'
