[mythtv] CVS and dvb audio problems

This sounds like a problem that was fixed before the .17 release. Are you 
sure you are using the latest CVS? I don't see the "streams_changed" log 
line which you need to see to get the audio to re-init. Please confim you 
are using a recent CVS.
