[mythtv] [patch]mythvideo tree/removable media

This is an update of my patch to mythvideo that centralizes the building
of the video data into a single module shared by the different video views.
This adds removable media support, now only in the list mode, to the
gallery & browser modes.

The patch is updated to cvs of 16 Feb. and a bug has been fixed in the
list view that caused the info (player/description) to be empty for the
entry selected upon entering the view (down/up would 'fix' it).
