[mythtv] 0.17 default timestretch setting

Hi

I really like the new time stretch feature
and thanks for all the hard work on mythtv

What do  you think about the idea of 
making it possible to default the timestretch to something other than 1.0, 

like 1.2 for recorded programs
and more importantly
0.8 for live tv or so so that it falls behind on purpose ;)

allowing users to skip through live tv
