[mythtv] Mythweb font size and color

I think IE is the only browser that stops the user from being able to
adjust the size of your fonts (larger or smaller) when using px or pt
sizes, in all other browers its fine. Also in firefox you can just set
a minimum font size to your liking, no fonts will then be rendered
smaller than that.

Main problem with using percentages and em, etc... is that its all
inherited which makes life so much harder.  As soon as you use any
nested tags you run the risk of fonts either being way too large in
some areas or too small in others, as you get font sizes that are
percentages of percentages... nightmare.
