[mythtv] [PATCH] Always initialize avsync_oldavg variable

Hi,

Currently the avsync_oldavg variable in NuppelVideoPlayer.cpp is only
initialized in InitAVSync() if usevideotimebase is true, but it is used
in WarpFactor() regardless of the timebase.
