[mythtv] [PATCH] hdtvrecorder -- close

This patch adds a "close" of the HD-x000 device driver as soon as 
recording is finished.  Not closing right away does not cause any 
problems, but can result in a "buffer overrun" message.  Thanks to Eric 
Anderson for pointing this out.

Also included is a revert of a minor change that got committed with the 
ringbuffer code.  That change was causing the position DB to be updated 
on every keyframe instead of every 30 keyframes.  Doing it every 30 
keyframes is better.
