[mythtv] Release candidate

How about a release model that would allow for a release candidate
including packages?

I'm currently pushing CVS rpms out almost daily to assist in a wider
debugging scope, but since they are (deliberately) kept quite below
the radar not that many folks are using them.

An official packaged release candidate would allow for more users to
give a last debug session before going live. ATrpms can build and
publish MythTV for FC3, FC2 and FC1 within a couple of hours (timezone
shift permitting :).
