[mythtv] [PATCH] More mythmusic metadata editor fixes

Fix the problem where the metadata editor wasn't actually
saving the new 'compilation_artist' field to the database. Also
to be consistent saves any new 'rating' to the db at the same time. 
The rating field would be saved to the db when mythmusic closes 
anyway.

Make the default music-ui theme file consistent with the
changes made to the other theme files.
