[mythtv] Myth complaining about missing LCDs

I think these can all be solved at once -- with a runtime LCD toggle, 
the error message goes away unless the user explicitly enables LCD 
support, and the settings page looks cleaner, which lessens the impact 
of showing the settings to every user. Patch is attached, what do you 
think?
