[mythtv] Aspect ratio when viewing live tv from DVB via PVR-350 tv out

The aspect ratio change works in this scenario with Xv output, so I'd
guess it's #2 or #3. 

Certainly not #1 because linuxdvb just provides the MPEG stream.
Also, detecting the aspect ratio automatically won't help you if
your zoom isn't working.
