I've done as taylor sugested in a private mail and changed the 2 macros at
the end of siparser.h and siscan.h from VB_SIPARSER to VB_GENERAL.
And then i have ran 2 scans.

The file "scan-existing-transp.txt" is a "full scan of existing transports"
that fails on a lot more transports that it used to.
And "scan-single-transp.txt" is a scan of a single transport that the "full
scan of existing transports" was not able to lock onto.

Taylor sugested that i revert some of the changes, but i'm not sure what
file was changed and how.
