[mythtv] Problems with latest CVS & DVB & Unichrome

This does still not fix it for me. When I switch channel I get the sound
from the new channel but sometimes the frame stick on the last one from
previous channel or sometimes a black frame.

However the new version breaks previously working AC3 recordings.
Mythfrontend crashes..
